Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 11, 2026

Khvylia does not collect your data. There is no server, no account, and no third-party tracking.

What stays on your device

Everything you enter — journal entries, cravings and waves, plans, habits, tasks, money settings — is stored locally on your iPhone. If you enable iCloud, the data syncs through your own private iCloud database, encrypted by Apple. We have no access to it: it never passes through any server of ours, because we do not operate any servers.

Apple Watch

The watch app mirrors your phone over Apple's secure device-to-device channel (WatchConnectivity). No data leaves your devices in the process.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
  • We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party trackers.
  • We do not require an account, an email address, or a phone number.

Payments

All purchases are processed by Apple. We receive only the anonymous transaction state needed to unlock features — never your payment details.

On-device intelligence

AI features (such as the weekly insight and task parsing) run on your device using Apple Intelligence. Your entries are never uploaded for processing.

Possible future changes

A future version may add optional, anonymous usage statistics (event counts only — never journal contents or financial amounts). If that happens, it will ship with an off switch and this policy will be updated first.

Your control

You can export a complete backup at any time (Plan → Data & backup) and erase all data on the device with a single action. Since we hold no copy, deletion on your device and in your iCloud is complete deletion.
